We spent a fortune on this top line mattress. We bought from farmers and they dont have returns. But this bed is causing me so many issues. Iv been in rarotonga with no air con and felt better. I also run cold when im sleeping so I cnt believe its makng me warm. Go sleep on the other bed we have which is old and from the warehouse (super cheap) and get a good night sleep dont overheat. The bed heats up and yr body burns where it touches for me… i get there is suppose to be technology in it too cool it down but I dont think it works. Sleepyhead suspected a manufacturing fault was to blame for the ridge in the bed and took it away for repair. Farmers and Sleepyhead both sent staff out to look at it. Satinder contacted the Farmers store where she'd bought the Sleepyhead-brand "Sanctuary" bed. It was so uncomfortable that the couch was a better option if you wanted a decent night's sleep, Satinder says. Within a few months of buying it, the bed had developed a big ridge in the centre and two dents where they slept.
